My First Green Smoothie With the Health Master

I made this, my first green smoothie, in the Health Master this morning. I have to say, it’s really delicious. It’s raw, vegan, and gluten-free and I’m sure it’s healthy, although I’m not so good at figuring out the nutritional information for foods I make myself. Still, collard greens are a great source of important vitamins: Vitamin A, Vitamin K and Folate. Kiwis are a great source of Vitamin A, Vitamin C, Vitamin K, Folate, Choline and Potassium.

The recipe for this green smoothie:

1 frozen banana (peeled)
3 kiwis
4 handfuls collard greens,
4 c cold water
Blend in the Health Master for 2 minutes at speeds 1-3.
